Does JR EAST PASS (Nagano, Niigata area) covers the following stations?

Hello all, I am planning to buy JR EAST PASS (Nagano, Niigata area).

I would like to know if the pass covers the following shinkansen and jr lines from these stations.

1) UENO to TAKASAKI using Joetsu Shinkansen Max Toki
2) TAKASAKI to NAGANOHARA KUSATSUGUCHI using JR Agatsuma
3) NAGANOHARA KUSATSUGUCHI to Takasaki Station using JR Akagi
4) Takasaki Station to Nagano Station using Hokuriku-Shinkansen Hakutaka 561
5) Nagano Station to Shiojiri Station using JR Shinano
6) Shiojiri Station to Chino Station using JR Chuo Line
7) Chino Station to Matsumoto Station using JR Chuo Line-Limited Express
8) TAKAYAMA to TOYAMA using Jr Hida
9) TOYAMA station to Ueno using SHINKANSEN KAGAYAKI

8 and 9 are not included. The other places are.

Thanks for your prompt respond.

As for (9), Is it possible for me to pay for the ticket from Toyama to Nagano Station on Hokuriku-Shinkansen KAGAYAKI, and use my JR east pass for the trip at Nagano Station to Ueno on Hokuriku-Shinkansen KAGAYAKI? (Also, do i need to exit the Shinkansen at Nagano station to let the conductor chop my JR east pass if I pre-reserve my tickets or i could just sit all the way to Ueno?)
