I am in the USA, can I purchase a 7 day pass for my daughter who is currently in Iwakuni at a Marine Base, and can you guarantee delivery to an FPO address within 3 days?

Hi there! While it is possible you will need to ensure your daughter has the correct 'temporary visitor' visa that the Japan rail pass requires. As the JR Pass is a highly discounted ticket JR maintain very strict terms of use. If your daughter does qualify please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes as FedEx requires a signature on receipt of your rail pass.
