We are travelling from Tokyo to Takayama, from the train station map, are we going to change
train fromJR Tokaido Line to JR Cho Line (Takayama Line ,Central Liner)?

We also travelling from Nagoya station to Hakone, Kawaguchiko. Which station should we stop?
Odarawa or Mishima Station (JR Shinkansen)? What are the best way to reach Kawaguchiko station by train or bus?

How to go from Kawaguchiko station to Gomtemba Factory Outlet?

Thanks

Hello again,

When you travel from Tokyo to Takayama, Route One is most likely how you will travel, with a transfer at Nagoya station.

The best way to travel to Kawaguchiko by JR via Otsuki.
From Nagoya the trip could look like this. From Otsuki you will have to travel by Fujikyu Railway which is the only part that is not covered by the JR Pass.

From Kawaguchiko to Gotemba is a bit hard by train alone, I would recommend that you take the High Way Bus to Shinjuku (1,700yen) and from there make your way to Gotemba. If you travel by JR, this is a good example of how to travel from Shinjuku to Gotemba.

For reference, you can find more information on the Kawaguchiko - Shinjuku Bus Here

Hope it helps!
