I am thinking of travelling to Japan in April to visit Matsushima, Sendai and Fukushima-shi. Can I so on the JR pass. I would also like to visit Masashino- shi, can I use the pass to do so?

Hi Miyobrown,
Yes you can reach all these destination with the JR-Pass. Both Fukushima and Sendai are on the Shinkansen line so you will be there in no time.
For Masashino, you can take a local train from Sendai that takes about 30 minutes and is also covered by the JR-Pass.
