Hi - I will be using the pass on my 1st day of arrival - is it possible for me to reserve a seat before I arrive into Japan?
As I am travelling during the golden week, I am concerned with the availability of seats.

Hi there,
Unfortunately not, you'll need to have exchanged your activation order before reserving any seats. As long as you reserve seats a few days in advance you should be okay - I suggest making reservations as soon as you exchange your order.

Hi A - unfortunately, I will need to ride the train soon when I get off the airport! is it possible that I am not able to board the train? I arrive on 29 Apr to Nagoya, and want to take the train to Kyushu.
