Just found out that you cannot buy JR pass inside Japan, right?
So, can I buy it online tonight and pick it up in Osaka Kansai Airport ticket office?

That's really quick indeed! At the same time this is a difficult situation. We can ship the pass to you in Japan if you place the order outside of Japan but shipping to Japan does take 3 working days. So the pass would arrive Wednesday next week.
