Can I use my 7 day JR pass on all Bullet trains?

Hi there,
You can use your on most bullet trains, the only exception are trains labeled as Nozomi/Mizuho. These trains make the lowest amount of stops on the way. You can take all the other Shinkansen, like the Hikari that run on the same track.
