Absolutely! The JR Pass would help you make some good savings over normal train tickets.
Here's a little break down of ticket prices without the JR Pass.
Narita Airport - Osaka ¥ 16,250
Osaka - Hiroshima ¥ 9,950
Hiroshima - Kyoto ¥ 10,790
Kyoto - Tokyo ¥ 13,220
Tokyo - Narita Airport ¥ 2,940
For a total of ¥ 50,150 the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 28,300 saving you ¥ 21,850. That are some pretty amazing savings.
