If I take Japan Rail Pass do I have to use it for 7 days in continuity or I can use it for example 3 days and than make a brake of 10 days not using it and use it for 2 days?

The Japan rail pass is valid for a 7, 14 or 21 consecutive day period of time, meaning that it valid for one set period of time without breaks.
