I will be traveling military flight. I do not know exactly when we will arrive in Japan. Can I chose when to start my 7-day pass?

Hi there,
Yes you can exchange the pass up-to 90 days after purchase, when you order we do ask for the intended first day of use but this only serves as indication. As long as you know that you will arrive in Japan within 90 days, then you are fine!

Hi there,
If you're travelling on a military flight please make sure you will enter Japan under a "Temporary Visitor" visa. The JR Pass only valid for holders of this entry status, so please make sure you will get the correct visa to avoid disappointment!
