Is it possible to buy the Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass in green class?
Or if I buy the ordinary is it possible to upgrade in Japan?

Hi there,
You’ll need to purchase it online or at select travel agents: then once you purchase online, you can pick up the pass at a ticket office in Japan.
A green car version of the pass is NOT available.
