we plan for 9 days in japan.
Any Jr pass with start from Narita Airport direct to Shizuoka ? ( plan 2 days in Shizuoka )
From Shizuoka back to Mt Fuji (Atami plan 2 days )
And last from Atami back to Tokyo (Plan 4 days)
Which Jr Pass should i purchase ?

There's no rail pass that would help you make savings on this route. So buying normal tickets is what my advice would be.
