Hi Team,
I want to purchase the Kansai Hiroshima regional pass. We arrive in Japan on 19th April but won't start using the pass until 28th April.
My questions is, can I buy the pass on line now and get an e ticket?
If yes, can I then activate the pass on arrival on 19 April and select the start date of 28th to allow ne to make seat reservations?
