Hi, I ordered 8 tickets for 7-day pass ticket before we travelled from Manila to Osaka and address it in care of our hotel to Osaka. Unfortunately upon when we got here they haven’t received it yet. Please let me know how to track down my order as we are going to Kyoto and other places soon. Thank you!
