Hi! I would like to know if it is worthy the Osaka Kyoto Hokuriku Arch Pass for this itinerary:

24 October: Tokyo - Takayama
25 October: Takayama - Kanazawa
26 October: Kanazawa - Kyoto
29 October: Kyoto - Tokyo

As far as I understand, the routes Tokyo - Takayama and Takayama - Kanazawa are not included un the oass.
Is it correct? Is the pass worthy anyway?

Thank you

Franca

Hi there,

Yes, you are correct, travel to Takayama is not covered by the Hokuriku Arch Pass, meaning that the routes covered by the pass are Kanazawa-Kyoto, and Kyoto-Tokyo. Travel to Takayama from Tokyo would cost an additional 8000 YEN roughly so I would suggest purchasing your tickets individually.

Kind regards,

Alexis
