Hi! I bought Hokuriku Arch Pass starting from 03/31 with picking up at the airport Haneda and I've already reserved online 2 seats for the train from Tokyo to Kanazawa with picking up at Tokyo station.
My question is: why I have to pick up the tickets train from Tokyo station if I've already bought the regional pass? Is it not possible to use always the same pass on the trains? thanks

Hi there,
Do you mean that you’ve made extra train ticket bookings separate to your Hokuriku Arch Pass? If they are separate tickets then the Hokuriku Arch Pass is not affected by this - as long as you are in the valid timeframe of the pass, there is no limit as to how many seat reservations you can make.
Kind regards,
Alexis
