I am planning to Japan via Tokyo 11 January 2019, on the 14th January I am going to stop over at Kyoto for 2 days and continue to shirakawa, Gifu and stay for 1 Night , Nara, Kobe and Osaka , Is the JR Pass Hokuriku Arch pass cover for all these place, and could I use the JR pass in term of inside of Osaka ?

Travel to Gifu is not included in this pass, nor travel to Shirakawa. The rest is covered.
