I made a purchase for my JR pass on 04/19/2023 and have not received a order confirmation email. I sent a email to [email protected] today at 8:12am.
Surprisingly, I received a confirmation for activating my account very promptly.
Back to Regional Passes
Did not receive a order confirmation email. Very concerning and may request a refund.
