Hello,
Do I have to buy JR Regional Passes before entering Japan? Can these be purchased after arriving in Japan? I will be visiting Japan on a tourist Visa.

Hi Chotu,
It depend on the pass, but most can be purchased in Japan. Prices are usually a little bit higher when bought in person.
