I have been trying to look for more information on Regional passes but can't seem to find the best option for me.
I am flying in and out of Narita airport, and staying for 14 days. We plan to go to Kyoto (4 days), Osaka (3 days), and Tokyo (7 days). We also plan to visit Universal Studios and Disney Tokyo Sea. I just wanted to see if there was a more cost-effective option other than the $300+ JR pass, which gives access to all of Japan.

Hi there,
Please read:

You will be travelling through different regions and then a regional pass no longer makes sense, as such your best option is a JR Pass or normal tickets.
Kind regards,
Daniel
