I'm planning a 9-day trip in Japan arriving in Haneda Int'l, spending 3 days in Tokyo, 3 days in Kyoto, 2 days in Osaka, and then departing from Kansai Int'l. Does it make sense to get JR pass or break them out by regional pass/one way tickets since the JR pass only cover 7 days?

Hi there,
For your trip it would be cheaper to just buy normal tickets. A JR Pass would have been cost efficient if you'd made a return.
Kind regards,
Daniel
