We are two travellers. We arrive 28/04 to Narita and must travel to Shibuya (Tokyo). Our plans are as follows:
29/04-03/05 travel in and around Tokyo
04/05 Shibuya - Osaka
05/05-07/05 travel in and around Osaka. Perhaps a day trip to Hiroshima if feasible.
08/05 Osaka-Kyoto
11//05 Kyoto-Tokyo
12/05 Shibuya - NRT

To maximise the value of a 7-day JR Pass, consider travelling from Tokyo to Osaka on the 5th of May. This would cover your travel until the 11th of May.
