For the Toyota stadium you should aim to get to JR Tozoji station in Nagoya and then change to the non-JR Aichi loop line to Shin-Toyota station. For [Yokohama stadium]you'll need to head to JR Kannai station.

Here are some itineraries from Shinjuku to the relevant stations for you:

1. Shinjuku(jr) > Shintoyota: ¥11,290 (202mins, 405km, incl. non-JR)
2. Shintoyota > Shinjuku(jr): ¥9,710 (181mins, 349km, incl. non-JR)
3. Shinjuku(jr) > Kannai: ¥620 (47mins, 38km)
4. Kannai > Shinjuku(jr): ¥620 (43mins, 38km)

On the returns, Yokohama should be no problem to get back to Shinjuku, however do note that the last train from Nagoya to Shinjuku leaves Shintoyota at 8:15pm. If you want to stay for the end of the game in Toyota I recommend you look for a hotel in Nagoya for the night (Toyoko inn is very reasonable for these sorts of things).
