There is not really a pass that would be cost efficient on the route that you travel. My advice would be to buy normal train tickets for this route.

Is there a JR CENTRAL PAss? I see on map that NAgoya is in that region...
We are still flexible on where to go as long as NAgoya is our point of entry n exit.
I read that the JR CENTRAL pass offers several tourist passes. Are these still available? If yes, which one would you recommend for a 6 day trip in JAn 2020 ?

Hi there,
No, there's no specific JR Central Pass (i.e. that covers all of JR Central). There are some regional passes for specific routes, like going to Shirakawago. There are no announced changes to these.
