please find below my itinerary for my next trip in Japan in order to understand if buy or not a JRPass.
Day 1) Narita Tokyo --> Kyoto
Day 2) Kyoto
Day 3) Kyoto --> Nara --> Kyoto
Day 4) Kyoto --> Hiroshima
Day 5) Hiroshima --> Osaka
Day 6) Osaka
Day 7) Osaka --> Kanazawa
Day 8) Kanazawa --> Tokyo
Day 9) Tokyo
Day 10) Tokyo
Day 11) --> Tokyo --> Hakone --> Tokyo
day 12 / 13) Tokyo
Day 14 --> Tokyo --> Haneda
Do I need to buy JRPass or singular tickets'

Yes, looking at your trip, it would be a close call, but right now I think normal tickets would make more sense. A 7-day pass would be good if you had gone to Tokyo on the 7th instead of Osaka.
