My family of 6 members will be travelling to Japan with following schedule:
18 Dec arrived in Haneda Airport
18-21 Dec Tokyo
21 - 23 Dec to Nagano (Shiga Kogen, Nozawa Onsen)
23 Dec back to Tokyo
23-25 Dec Tokyo
25 Dec To Hakone
25-27 Hakone
27 Back to Tokyo
27-31 in Tokyo
31 Haneda airport
Is it worth it to buy 7 days JR pass for 6 of us? if yes, can we use it to travel to Nagano and also Hakone?

Hi there,
The JR Pass covers travel to Nagano and Hakobe, but I think it would make more sense to use normal tickets, or look at an Express bus from Tokyo to Shiga Kogen. That will cost less and be easier with luggage, especially if you are carrying your own winter sport equipment.
But also if you do travel by rail, then normal tickets will cost less than a 7-day JR Pass.
