I have planned the following travel plan.
Tokyo -> Hiroshima -> Kyoto -> Osaka -> Takayama -> Kanazawa -> Tokyo
Could you confirm if the above routes are covered by JR pass? The plan above can be reordered but must start and end in Tokyo.

Yes, all travel will be covered by the JR Pass, mostly via Shinkansen. The order is fine, and could be reversed if you want as well depending on what you plan on seeing etc.
