Hello, I will be visiting Japan on From the 12th APR -26th APR 2024.
Traveling 2 Adults 1 x 13 year old and 1x 8 year old
Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
This is our Itinerary so far
Arriving Narita airport on the 12th APR at 6:20PM
TOKYO Shinjuku - 4NIGHTS
TOKYO DISNEY - 3NIGHTS
KYOTO - 4 NIGHTS
OSAKA - 3NIGHTS
Depart from Kansai Airport 26th APR at 9:45PM
Should I look at a 14day pass or purchase tickets individually?

I would recommend purchasing your tickets individually, given you have a short itinerary but are staying for a fairly long amount of time.
