Hello friends,
I will arrive in Tokyo on April 14st at 5am and I need to go to Hiroshima but the Haneda exchange JR pass open at 11am.
I would like to know where is the first station from Haneda to exchange my JR pass and get the train to Hiroshima.

Hi there - probably the best option is to go to JR Tokyo station which is open for exchanging the rail pass at 7:30am. You can also board the shinkansen down to Hiroshima from here.
