Hello,

ahh, I don't know what to do. I am going to Japan for a week next week after buying my flight ticket just 3 days ago ^^''

This time I am arriving in Haneda Airport and will go to Nagoya. I also intend to climb Mt. Fuji during my stay. We would depart from Nagoya...

I know that JR East is doing a Mt. Fuji round trip deal which includes Fuji-san-tozan bus as well. Do you if the JR pass covers those?

many thanks,
Karina

Hi there,

Traveling to Japan last minute can be a little tricky, don't worry though, we are here to help :)

Travel to Fuji is covered for the greatest part by the JR Pass. You can go all the way up to Otsuki by train and take the a non JR Line from there, which is 1,100 Yen / one way.

Unfortunately the Fuji Tozan bus is not covered by the JR Pass.

Have a great time in Japan!
-Daniel
