Do I need a pass?

Hello
I will be arriving in Osaka on Saturday 12th of April then heading to Kyoto. I am going to go to Ise on 17th of April, then to Kamakura on the 21st and finally to Tokyo on the 23rd.
Is it worth buying a JR pass? Or a regional pass?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Sylvie,

Based on the route above, A JR Pass would not help you make savings over normal tickets. As such, I would just buy bormal tickets as you travel. A pass would be worth it, if you did more Shinkansen travel. For example, a day trip to Hiroshima.

Kind regards,
Daniel
