Hello. I purchased the JR Pass today because the site said Delivery would be 1-2 days. After purchasing the Pass the Delivery Date now says Dec 31st.
I leave Dec 30th so I will not be able to receive my pass voucher in time. I have not received the confirmation email for my order either even though it has been a while since I made the purchase. I will need to get a refund. I have sent several emails to customer support requesting my order be canceled before confirmation has been made.
Is there another way to contact support or a way to pick up the pass in person once I arrive?
