Delivery Date is too late. I will need a refund

Hello. I purchased the JR Pass today because the site said Delivery would be 1-2 days. After purchasing the Pass the Delivery Date now says Dec 31st.

I leave Dec 30th so I will not be able to receive my pass voucher in time. I have not received the confirmation email for my order either even though it has been a while since I made the purchase. I will need to get a refund. I have sent several emails to customer support requesting my order be canceled before confirmation has been made.

Is there another way to contact support or a way to pick up the pass in person once I arrive?

Hi there,

Confirmation e-mails are sent out right after you order. You may have entered a different e-mail address, or in rare cases it could be in your spam box? I believe you have already done so, but please contact our support team with the order details you have and we can look at alternatives for you.
