Hi, I am planning to visit Japan next year., need an advise if JR pass or any other type of pass will be cost saving for the following itinerary.
Day 1: Arrive at NRT-Kyoto
Day 2: Kyoto
Day 3: Kyoto-Gotemba
Day 4: Gotemba-Tokyo
Day 5: Tokyo
Day 6: Tokyo
Day 7: Disneyland Tokyo
Day 8: Disneyland Tokyo
Day 9: Depart from either NRT/HND
I know for JR pass I am exceeding the limitation of 7 days, that's why need a advise what will work best for my itinerary.

Hi there,
The best option would be to use a 7-day Japn Rail Pass for travel to Kyoto, Gotemba and back to Tokyo. Then use an IC card like Suica for the remaining days.
