Day 1 Tokyo Narita airport - Central district
Day 2 Tokyo central district - Asakusa temple, Skt tree towers
Then to Imperial palace and Ginza district

Back to central district hotel
Day 3 Tokyo central district to Disney ocean park and back
Day 4 Tokyo central district to Odawara station ( mt Fuji)

Then train to Aichi ( toyota museum)
Day 5 Train from Aichi to Kyoto
City tour of Aichi
Day 6 Train from Kyoto to Hiroshima
Day 7 Train from Hiroshima to Osaka
Visit Osaka Universal studio and city tour

The JR Pass would be a great help because it covers nearly all of your travels.

What exactly is your question regarding the above itinerary? I see a great plan but am a little unsure what you wish to know.

Dear Sir,

I need guidance for which station to catch the train and which station to get down. also need train timings. So if required I can pre book the seats on arrival at Narita airport.
