Hi there, I am still not sure if I should purchase JR pass or a regional pass. Below is my 15 days itinerary:
Day 1: Tokyo Narita->Tokyo
Day 2: Tokyo
Day 3: Tokyo
Day 4: Tokyo->Mt Fuji
Day 5: Mt Fuji
Day 6: Mt Fuji->Osaka
Day 7: Osaka
Day 8: Osaka
Day 9: Osaka
Day 10: Osaka-Tokyo Disneyland
Day 11: Tokyo Disneyland
Day 12: Tokyo Disneyland
Day 13: Tokyo
Day 14: Tokyo
Day 15: Depart from Narita

Most of your travel is within Tokyo, for local travel it generally does not make sense for a JR Pass.
You could look at using a 7-day Japan Rail Pass for day 5-10.
