Our courier FedEx requires a signature. If you are not available to sign it, I would recommend contacting your local FedEx and rearrange the delivery or give them your authorization to leave your envelope in a safe place.
It is depending on your local FedEx but sometimes they do not leave packages without signature. I would recommend you to speak with your local FedEx and check or, I would recommend to send your pass to your workplace or family home where someone can sign it for you.
