Will I get JR pass online

We have to send the JR Pass voucher by real mail. There may indeed not be enough time for us to deliver it to you in South Korea. We could ship your JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan, given that you place the order before departure.

It may be better to look for a local re-seller.

I already bought it yesterday before your replay, because I read "it takes 1 day to depatch it" so, should I ask for refund? because if I get it in my hotel, wouldnt be really worth it buying because I would have to play a train from Osaka to Kyoto.
