My departure flight from Narita is at 9:50 am in the morning. Do you know when I should arrive the airport? If I stay in Tokyo hotel, do I have enough time in the morning traveling from Tokyo to the Narita airport as the hotels in Tokyo is way cheaper than the airport hotel?

Hi Jeff,
Its about 60-90 min from Tokyo to Narita Airport.
This means you should leave between 6-7 am if you want to arrive in time on the airport (I would recommend at least 2 hours in advance). So its okay to stay in Tokyo but it means waking up early.
An alternative is to stay near Narita city or even Narita Airport and just go from there to the airport. There are budget options available.
