Just like to check whether JR Yamanote and Tokyo Metro is sharing a same Ueno station or is different location? Does JR Yamanote run on both direction? If I will to start at Ueno to Hamamatsucho Station, which direction should I take?

Hi there,
The Ueno station is the same, although there are different sections for the metro and JR lines.
The Yamanote line runs both ways. You will want to take the train bound for Tokyo and Shinagawa when traveling to hamamatsucho.
