Hi Diana,
The best way from Narita Airport - Kanazawa is to take the Narita Express to Tokyo station and there transfer to the Shinkansen for Kanazawa. A 7 day JR Pass can help you make savings on this route if you return from Kanazawa to Tokyo/Narita Airport within 7 days.
