I plan to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka from 3/25/19 to 3/31/19. The plan is to stay 2 days at each location. Which rail pass should we use? Also, Is Kyoto and Osaka close enough to book hotel at one place and travel to the other location within the day?
What is the difference between regular pass versus premium pass? How do we reserve seatings?
