Hi,

I would like to ask if it is a good idea to buy JR pass for my trip. I will fly to Tokyo-Haneda, then visit Hakone/Mt.Fuji area. Next stop is Kyoto, then return to Tokyo to take off.

Appreciate your suggestion.

Thanks,
M

Hi there,

It depends on your timing but a 7 day JR Pass can certainly be helpful here if you can use it for the return Tokyo - Kyoto with the stopover at Hakone. The JR Pass can also be used for travel to Haneda Airport and on local JR lines in Tokyo.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
