We have just purchased the National JR passes for our family. Can you tell me when I will expect the tickets in the mail? I know it is sent out by FedEx but we are due to leave in 3 weeks.

Hi there,
We dispatch every order within 24h during business days. After that it takes 3 business days to arrive in Australia (or 4 to Tasmania).
Three weeks is ample of time for the pass to arrive.
