Hi,
i will be in Tokyo from 17/3 to 22/3 flying into Haneda Airport . Staying all 6 days at Tsukiji area.

17/3 - Akihabara & Harajuku area
18/3 - Mitaka (Ghibli Museum) & Shibuya area
19/3 - Izu Peninsula
20/3 - Hakone
21/3 - Kamakura
22/3 - Shinjuku area

Should i purchase the JR Kanto Area Pass for 19/3 - 21/3?

For the rest of the days which pass should i purchase?

Thanks

Hi there,

I checked your itinerary but don't think that a JR Kanto pass would offer good value for you. This because both Izu and Hakone are outside of the Kanto Pass range and are there trips that are most expanvice in terms of ticket prices.

You could consider a Hakone Free Pass, which is good for travel within Hakone.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Well actually, the JR Kanto Pass covers Izu, but the Ito Free Pass would work better.
