4 days ago, my flight to Haneda Airport has been cancelled but I was able to rebook a flight unfortunately at another airport (Narita). I have contacted the support team and they were able to respond, but they have not confirmed wether they were able to change my pick up location yet.
I am concerned because my flight is in less than 40 hours.
Should I send them another email/message?
Do I need to purchase another pocket wifi rental with the new location?
