We shall arrive Osaka Kansai airport at 7am on 04/12/2015, we plan to travel to Takayama on the same day. We shall travel back to Osaka on the 5th evening, spend around Osaka + Kyota on day trip for sightseeing. Depart from Osaka Kansai airport for our flight back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 8/12/2015 at 11am. Please advise.

For this trip I advise buying normal tickets. This because there is not really a pass that would suit your itinerary.
A one way trip Osaka - Takayama: 10300 JPY, or double for a return.
