Hello, Typhon Ampil will be approaching Tokyo on Friday 8/16/24 I would like to know if the Shinkansen will be open since we have reservations to go to Kyoto on the 16, can you provide information regarding what will be open or schedules?

The Shinkansen has now reopened, although I don’t think there were any delays with the Nozomi services.
