Hello, yesterday I tried to buy two 7 day JRpass on your website but a sign popped up saying that something went wrong and that I should try again so I assumed the purchase did not go through. However, I did receive a notification from my bank that the charge had been made and was successful although I did not receive any confirmation e-mail for my purchase. I hereby attach a screenshot of the sign that showed on your website, as well as a screenshot of the e-mail from my bank notifying of the charge.
I sent an email but havent recived any response and im flying from Mexico next Friday
