Hi,
I'll be arriving at Haneda Airport on 11/10/2015 at 8pm and I plan to go Kyoto & Tokyo for my 10days trip in Japan.
My first station will be in Kyoto then Tokyo. Is there a night bus from Haneda airport to Kyoto ?

Hi,
If you mean using a JR Pass, the answer is no.
Otherwise, direct from Haneda to Kyoto? I am afraid I have not heard of any. But there are buses from Shinjuku or within Tokyo, by Willer or [Kanto Bus]. It takes about 7 hours. Willer also has a 3 day bus pass for ¥10,000.
But why not get a JR Pass and take the train? You can rack up huge savings and use that extra time for more sightseeing.
