Hi,
I will be travelling to Japan in the upcoming June,this is my first free and easy tour in japan so I need help getting around. Please advise me whether is it better for me to get a JR pass based on my travel plan.
8 June - Toyko to Osaka
9 June - Osaka (Osaka Castle & Aquarium)
10 June - Osaka to Kobe (Herborland)
11 June - Osaka to Kyoto (Kyoto Station)
12 June - Osaka (Osaka USS)

Hello there,
For this itinerary it is better to buy a normal train ticket. The most expansive travel here is travel from Tokyo - Osaka using the Shinkansen. Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe are all very close together and travel between them is not very expansive.
A JR Pass would be a great option if you returned to Tokyo after this itinerary.
